Women’s Hormone Health Challenge – 30-Day Program

A four-week program to put you on the right path for sustained hormone balance.

This program is for you if:

  • You have hot flashes
  • You have night sweats
  • You are irritable/moody
  • You have restless sleep
  • You don’t want to use synthetic or bio-identical hormones
  • You need weekly support and accountability to stay on track

A 12-week hormone health coaching program to help you make lasting changes for hormonal balance and a healthier you.

This program is for you if:

  • You have hot flashes
  • You have night sweats
  • You have restless sleep/insomnia
  • You are moody or irritable
  • You have one to two chronic health issues
  • You are at risk for breast or ovarian cancer
  • You don’t want to use synthetic or bio-identical hormones
  • You have had, or having, excessive stress in your life

Includes:

  • Thorough intake questionnaire
  • Meeting via telephone or video conferencing for initial session (60 minute)
  • Developing health goals and an action plan for hormone balance
  • Weekly 45-minute sessions to provide support and ensure progress (12 sessions)
  • Unlimited email access for questions/concerns
  • Initial functional lab tests
  • Guidance on nutritional and lifestyle choices
  • Tools for stress reduction
